St. Mary CES will virtually gather together to pause, reflect and pray on November 11th, to commemorate Remembrance Day. Our grade 4 students in Ms. Perry and Ms. Camerlengo’s class will lead the school in a virtual liturgy at 10:45 a.m., to give thanks for the sacrifices made, and pray for peace in the future.
We will honour those who fought for Canada in the First World War (1914 – 1919), the Second World War (1939 – 1945), and the Korean War (1950 – 1953), as well as those who have served since then to defend peace and freedom.
